Mr. Nguyen Hoang Linh has many years of experience in the banking and financial sector, having held senior leadership roles at several credit institutions in Vietnam. He joined MSB in 1998 and has taken on various important management positions.
In March 2020, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of MSB. Since September 2020, he has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of MSB.

Education: Master of Business Administration, Hanoi University of Science and Technology.

Mr. Nguyen Phi Hung has over 20 years of experience in the finance and banking sector, having held senior leadership positions at numerous reputable credit institutions both in Vietnam and internationally. During his 7-year tenure at MSB, he has served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and concurrently as Head of Operations.
From October 30, 2023 to present, he has been appointed as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of MSB.

Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA), Asian Institute of Technology (AIT)

Joining MSB in 2009, Ms. Nguyen Huong Loan has extensive experience in banking and finance, with a strong focus on treasury and financial markets. She has held key leadership roles including Deputy CEO in charge of Treasury, Deputy CEO of MSB, and CEO of the Large Corporate & Financial Institutions Bank, concurrently serving as Director of Financial Markets. She is currently Deputy CEO of MSB and CEO of the Financial Institutions Bank. Previously, she spent 14 years at Techcombank as Director of Treasury.

Mrs. My Hanh has 21 years of experience in banking and finance, including 17 years with MSB. She has held multiple key management roles, such as Director of the Sales and Distribution Channel Center, Director of the Business Development Management Center, Regional Director Region 1, and Head of the Capital Mobilization Division. Appointed Deputy CEO in charge of Retail Banking in January 2020, she became CEO of Retail Banking in December 2020. Since April 2022, she has served as Deputy CEO of MSB, concurrently acting as CEO of Retail Banking.
Education: MBA, University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland.

Mr. Bui Duc Quang has over 23 years of experience in law and banking & finance. Prior to joining MSB, he held senior roles including Director of Retail Debt Collection at Vietnam International Bank (VIB), and Director of Litigation and Advisory Board Member at TNG Group. At MSB, he has served as Director of Litigation Management & Debt Trading, Deputy Director in charge of Credit Management, and Chairman of AMC. Since January 2020, he has been Acting Director of the Credit Management Division, and since July 2020, Chief Executive Officer of the Credit Management Bank.

Education: Bachelor of Laws, Hanoi Law University

Mr. Hoang Viet Phuong joined MSB in 2008 and has extensive experience in banking, particularly in corporate and retail segments. He has held key leadership roles including Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Corporate Banking and Retail Banking, Director of the Strategic Clients Division, and Director of the State-Owned Enterprise Corporate Banking Division. Since January 2025, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of MSB Corporate Banking, responsible for overall management of the division.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance, Academy of Finance.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang has 23 years of service at MSB, with extensive experience in banking financial management. She has held key roles including Deputy Director of the Financial Management Division, Director of the Financial Governance Center, Head of Finance, and Head of Budgeting and Planning. Since April 2020, she has served as Director of the Financial Management Division of MSB, overseeing the Bank’s financial operations. She holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Commerce.

Ms. Dinh Thi Kim Anh has over 20 years of experience in legal advisory and compliance within the financial sector. Prior to joining MSB, she spent more than 9 years as Director of Legal and Compliance at Saigon – Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB). Since January 2025, she has served as Director of the Legal Advisory and Compliance Division at MSB, overseeing legal advisory and compliance functions to ensure regulatory compliance and effective banking operations.
Education: Master of Laws, Lawyer, Hanoi Law University – Vietnam National University.

Ms. Nguyen Ha Thanh has 28 years of experience in the banking and finance sector. She has held various senior management roles in operations at reputable domestic and international institutions, including Techcombank, Morgan Stanley Gateway, Royal International Securities Company, and Citibank. Since late December 2020, she has joined MSB as Director of the Operations Division, overseeing operational activities across the Bank.

Mr. Nguyen Tien Duc joined MSB in 2007 and has extensive experience in banking system management. Throughout his tenure, he has held various key management positions at MSB, spanning business operations and credit risk management. Based on his professional expertise and accumulated experience, since April 2024, he has been appointed Director of the Risk Management Division of MSB, overseeing risk management across the Bank.

Education: Bachelor of Banking and Finance

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Khanh has over 24 years of experience in information technology across domestic and international organizations, including nearly 17 years in senior leadership roles at Vietcombank, PVCombank, PetroVietnam Finance Corporation (PVFC), the PV Bank Preparatory Board, and FPT Software. He previously served as Director of the Technology Division at MSB from May 2009 to October 2013. Since April 2020, he has rejoined MSB as Director of the Technology Division, overseeing IT operations across the Bank.

Education: Doctorate, Western Sydney University

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong joined MSB in 2007 and has over 15 years of experience in human resources management, with long-term dedication to the Bank. From 2009 to 2012, he held several key HR management positions at MSB. From 2012, he assumed senior leadership roles at M-Talent and was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer in 2015. Since January 2020, he has been appointed Human Resources Director of MSB, overseeing human capital management across the Bank.

Mr. Vu Ngoc Bong Lai has 18 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, having held senior management positions at reputable domestic and international financial institutions, including Techcombank and HSBC Vietnam. From 2016 to 2019, he spent over three years at MSB, undertaking key roles in Large Corporate Banking and Transformation. Since February 6, 2025, he has been appointed Director of the Strategy and Innovation Division of MSB, responsible for setting strategic direction and driving innovation across the Bank.

Education: Master’s Degree in Finance and Accounting, Westminster Business School (UK)

Ms. Pham Thi Thanh joined MSB in 2008 and has extensive experience in banking supervision and oversight. Previously, she held senior positions at the State Bank of Vietnam, including Deputy Director of the former Ha Tay Branch and Deputy Director General of the Banking Inspection and Supervision Department, as well as Member of the Board of Directors and Head of the Supervisory Board of the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies. Since September 2009, she has served as Head of the Supervisory Board of MSB.
Education: Master of Economics, National Economics University

Ms. Chu Thi Dam has 28 years of experience in the banking and finance sector, with strong expertise in audit, control, and banking supervision. Joining MSB in September 2008, she held several key positions within the internal audit system, including Deputy/Head of Internal Audit Department and Chief Credit Auditor. Since February 2012, she has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of MSB, responsible for oversight and supervision across the Bank’s operations.

Education: Master of Economics, Academy of Finance

Ms. Le Thanh Ha joined MSB in 1991 and has held leadership positions across key banking functions, including Accounting, Customer Services, Capital Management, Investment and Foreign Exchange Trading, Financial Markets, and Financial Institutions Banking. With extensive experience and deep understanding of banking operations, since February 2012 she has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of MSB, contributing to the oversight and assurance of the Bank’s safe and effective operations.
